All our products are digital downloads (PDF and spreadsheet files) delivered instantly after payment. Because the files can be downloaded and kept immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Problems with your files
If a file doesn't open, is damaged, or is missing from your download, email us at adhdrestartplanner@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you a working copy. We usually reply within 1 to 2 business days.
 
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
